As we continue to expand across the USA, we are seeking experienced Aesthetic Trainers / Educators to support training delivery in key cities including New York, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
Aesthetic Trainer / Educator – Botox & Dermal Fillers
Part-Time | Ad Hoc | One to Two Weekends Per Month

Office based, 4 days a week. Weds – Saturday. Flexibility to cover on alternative days to suit the business needs.

Duties:
This is a part-time, ad hoc faculty role, typically involving one to two weekends per month, depending on location and course demand.
We are looking for experienced injectors based in, or within easy reach of, one of our training locations to deliver practical, hands-on training in:
- Botulinum Toxin for upper and lower face treatments
- Dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds, and other core treatment areas
- Facial anatomy and complication awareness
- Patient assessment, consultation, and treatment planning
- Safe injection techniques using both needle and cannula where appropriate
You will teach small groups of licensed medical professionals in a structured training environment, helping delegates build safe injecting skills and greater confidence in clinical practice.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ hands-on experience delivering Botox and dermal filler treatments
- Confident treating full face with both needle and cannula techniques
- Active professional licence in good standing
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and safe injection protocols
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and confident in front of small groups
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting medical professionals
- Able to work within the relevant legal and professional scope of practice in the state where training is delivered
Desirable
- Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience
- Experience supporting the management of complications
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience delivering training in skin rejuvenation treatments such as skin boosters, polynucleotides, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP, or exosomes
